need help to install voip afere new router
i have new installation with router

the internet work fine and local iptv also
i need to use voip ata-112 for voice ip
the first days i can call any from lan but i can't receive any call from external
the second days in or out don't work
i make firewall off
dmz on the ata
any can help me to work fine

Please, are you referring to a Cisco SPA112 2-Port Phone Adapter Here?
If so, I have had my ATA connected to Cable Internet, and now Telus fibre for the better part of a decade with very little problem at all.
You may want to have a look at the following configuration settings to see if there maybe something that has been missed...
Obviously, anything that must be specifically used for your VoIP provider such as Username, Password, Domain names etc. must be set with your provider information.
