My Favourite channels
why do I have to keep choosing my Favourites after turning off the TV , when I turn on the TV the guide is back to My Subscribed channels
After many months I would like the public to know that nothing has changed with the “my favourite channel” issue. It still does not work properly. Occasionally I will see them for a fleeting half-second when I go to the guide, but it almost immediately reverts to “my subscribed channels” and I have to change it manually. Telus is obviously not interested in improving their service or pleasing their customers.
Ditto The “Technicians” must have something much more difficult to solve. Before all this Smart TV STUFF getting My Favourites wasn’t something I thought about I chose the Channels & there it was. I wonder if I can Block all the channel I didn’t want in the first place is a possibility Then maybe my favowould be the only option
