My Favourite channels

why do I have to keep choosing my Favourites after turning off the TV , when I turn on the TV the guide is back to My Subscribed channels

Subscribed channels not showing in My Favourites guide
I recently changed some of my channel subscriptions and added them to My Favourites but they aren't showing up in the channel guide when I use my remote to access the guide.
