Lots of new channels showed up?
I have a 4K box and phoned to add the Disney + channel. But the 4K box could not display the Disney+ channel so Telus sent me a 24S box. Now the Disney series I watched is over so I cancelled the Disney + channel. However, looking at the TELUS channel guide on the 24S box. If I go to Live TV > Guide with "my subscribed channels" showing in the top left corner, there are a whole lot of channels that I can access but did not order including 6 sports channels.
My question is am I paying for these extra channels on the 24S box? How do I cancel the 24S box channels and return the box without disturbing my subscriptions on the 4K box?

The Android set top boxes do have some additional free streaming channels on them that don't exist on the older hardware. Normally the new boxes should share the same subscriptions as your existing boxes. Which sports channels are you seeing that you are concerned about? Normally the common subscription ones are TSN and Sportsnet.
