Latency Spikes Surrey/White Rock

Is this recurring over a long period of time or have you observed this in short bursts?

    It can continue multiple times, every 3-5 minutes. Then it can stop for an hour and come back. Subie604 explained it well

        Any word on a fix? This makes any form of online gaming unplayable, and even makes downloading/streaming very frustrating
