Last bill credit refund after account cancellation

2 months agoThanks for reaching out! Refunds are typically issued automatically to the original payment method on file if the account was set up with pre-authorized payments. If that isn’t possible, a cheque will be mailed to the last address listed on your account.

I was assuming the same the reason I waited a month.
But I have neither received credit card refund or check. Please check the refund status for me.
