Can someone other than the account holder be present at the internet set-up appt?

Just so you know, Telus is not doing any inside work. So the customer will be doing most of the job.

Yes, as long as that individual has authority to direct Telus staff as to where holes may be drilled, etc., and has the ability to do any necessary work inside the home, such as passing cable through a wall.
jillmcdonald31 Telus techs do the installs remotely no entry to house apt. Different person than account holder you will have to talk directly to telus. Polecat
