Intermittent Wireless Home Internet & Unresolved Support

I’ve had to switch over to Telus Wireless home internet when I moved 2 months ago and it’s been the worst experience I’ve had dealing with Telus. 

My connection will be perfectly fine and then it will completely drop, or I will have intermittent connection issues. I ran a speed test today and had 10mbps Up and 0.2mbps download.

I’ve called multiple times to speak with a technician and they have been no help. I called on September 14th , the technician on the phone couldn’t help me so he issued a ticket to a technician 2 , said they would call me 24-48 hours later… TWO WEEKS LATER they called me and we have been playing telephone tag with the technician. 

I’ve tried all the troubleshooting tips telus has to offer and nothing works. Has anyone had this experience with Telus Wireless home internet and is there anything I can do? Any tips/suggestions are welcome. 

This whole experience with Telus has been awful and frustrates me as a long time customer.
