Incoming Landline Calls Showing as Private Caller

I just moved and all incoming calls on the landline are showing as private caller. The phone is a panasonic. Turning off call control did not change the situation. Listing accepted callers on the ...

Yes, I have call display. All in-coming calls say Private Caller.

What do I say in a private message???
