I CANNOT ACTIVATE MY DISNEY+ and AMAZON PRIME SUBSCRIPTION.
I received the email that says "ACTIVATE NOW," but somehow it only directs me to the Telus website. And when I go to the manage subscription page, it says there, "There is no available subscription with this account even though it's included in my package." Customer support are not helpful as well, as they keeping me on hold for more than 1 hour.
