How to fully disable IPv6 on NH20T

I received my new NH20T and 'Wifi 6 Booster' today. While this is a nice big upgrade from the old Actiontech I had before, there is one issue I'm trying to resolve.   I have a PiHole on my network ...

It looks to me that whatever 10.1.1.4 may be supplying the IPV6 address.

    The PiHole is setup as only DNS, and IPv6 is not enabled. DHCP is also disabled on the PiHole (as having 2 DHCP servers is a bad time).

    This was not an issue on the previous TELUS modem/router, this was not an issue on the Linksys Velop 6e Pro or TPLink Deco x75 Pro I had used previously.
