How to deal with outside broken wires... part 2

So after much emailing on the forum and with telus AI assistant, called telus, spoke to someone with female voice and thick accent, explained several times that technician is needed to fix the broken wire between the house and the pedestal...

A technician showed up, found the connection is indeed over copper wires, claimed he only does optical fiber connections and offered one for CAD 600. The technician said he could not do anything about copper wire connection.

The technician was not a telus employee, claimed that they are all contractors, did not have any emails, claimed they all communicate using some phone messaging app...

Does anyone know an email address of telus president, CEO, CFO, chief media officer, or any other honcho high enough in the food chain to be able to do something about it?
