How do I upgrade to the new Optic box?
The title says it all.

That link is for customers who are proactively migrated to our new Optik platform to complete their upgrade. Existing customers are being upgraded over time and when a customer receives the email, they're given that link to proceed. Entering your address on that page while not yet being proactively contacted by us will just throw an error.

I upgraded to the TelusTV 24S box from my old Telus 4K VIP5662W and the picture quality on the 24S is terrible, grainy and no detail or colour saturation. Called support and it seems like I can't go back to the old box which had very good picture. This is not an upgrade in my opinion. Support people are nice but can't fix the problem. Stay with the old box!!
