How do I record a program on a time shift channel?

Official Support TeamIf you're subscribed to the Time Shift theme pack, you should be able to record a program the same as any other.
Well that's nice to know, but I can't. I've tried several times, and always get the same result - "recording is not allowed on channel (fill in the blank - channel number)
This is the case with all the channels I have tried in the time shift category.
