Home Phone Voice Mail Time Off
For some time now I have noticed that the time stamp on my voice mails is out by exactly one hour. Can anyone offer an explanation? TIA
Anything further? I spoke with someone two weeks ago who said they would escalate this. So far zero response
The time stamp issue is with the app. I had to get a new weather channel app. OR I have to turn off GPS location or favorite location to get correct time.
Has NOTHING to do with an app! Its Telus’ HOME PHONE system
Yes it does, everything is an app these days. Telus has a data center not in your backyard, a different time zone perhaps, that receives the voicemail and alerts you based on incorrect local time zone glitch to do with BC not springing forward, UTC time difference is not correct. I'm OUT
