Hey Adila2 - I'm a mod here and bridging is unsupported by us so you won't get an official response but you can use any third-party router and don't need a pfense one specifically.
I believe that the fibre ONT will continue to work as that's your "modem". Our routers are mostly called APs or "Access points" that work together to form a mesh network.
I believe that some third party network solutions can plug the fibre SFP directly into them so you can bypass our ONT but your mileage may vary. I am not super knowledgeable in third-party solutions.
All MoCa adapters work the same way so you shouldn't need a specific one from us.
Best of luck! If you need more help you can always message our Community Power Users (CPU) and they might be able to guide you but there are a ton of guides online and even more solutions available

A 10 gig unmanaged switch can have 10 gig only or multigig 100mbs, 1000mbs or 1 gigabit, 2500 mbs or 2.5 gigabit, 10,000mb or 10 gigabit speeds on the physical network ports on the switch. They will not have any settings or configurations settings to configure. A managed switch would have settings or configurations to set.
There are a few posts on the telus forum about bridging feature between the telus network access hub and your own personal router.
It depends on personal preference of features or settings of the brands or manufacturer you are looking for of wired or wifi routers.Routers do come with wifi. Recommendations or references from users to suggest brands or manufacturer.
Pf sense router is a security device or appliance gateaway or firewall device.
Third party mocas should work fine without any issues
I hope that answers your questions, just a long time customer, hoping to help.
