MicheleB1 Rjevning Pollyrs ChristineAS Hello. Notification has been sent out to customers advising of the update that Hayu is no longer available to watch directly through our classic Optik boxes. You can continue streaming on any of the following supported devices: Fire TV, Roku, Apple TV, Android and Samsung smart TV's. Your Hayu subscription is still active, so you'll still be able to sign in on these devices. Appreciate your understanding!

Here is the update we didn’t get from Telus.. so for those of you, myself included, who have Hayu as part of their package, I’d be switching your options as we are basically paying for nothing at this point.

We regret to inform you that Hayu is no longer supported on Telus Optik TV boxes. We understand that this may be disappointing, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
However, you can continue enjoying Hayu by using the following link:

where you'll find a variety of compatible devices to access the service.
