Forum admins: Why is my post locked?
I hadn’t had a chance to respond to the latest reply. https://forum.telus.com/t5/Internet-Home-Phone/Unable-to-log-in-to-government-services-website-through-home/td-p/125026
Something fishy was going on with the forums yesterday as numerous posts showed up as locked. Not sure what the issue was/is but the post I was having issues with was fine later in the day.

Thank you, I see it’s working now. I was getting a message that my email hadn’t been verified. When I checked my profile settings, it said my email address had been verified.
I was signed in, so I don’t know what was going on. Anyway, it’s working now. Thank you! 🙂
