Deceptive sales tactics door to door.

I recently had a sales person come to my door.  He promised me a promotional offer of $35 per mobile line and around $100 for GB Internet.  The total he told me would be appropriately $270 which included a security service. My oldest son lives near the border so he suggested getting US talk/text/data for an additional $5.  I mentioned repeatedly I didn't care to have the security service but he said it was part of the deal.  He did mention that the first bill will be higher as all promotional discounts kick in on the first full billing period. My bill for the first month of mobility is roughly $350, internet a little less than $100 and security, which I never wanted is $70.  When I contacted him about the issue he changed the story saying that his price was 4 lines of mobility and that the 5th line was extra as it wasn't activated at the same time, my son wasn't home from school yet.  I do have a piece of paper on which he wrote 5 lines and internet $270.  He has put me in contact with his supervisor, she returned 1 text and nothing since.
