Continuously missed installation appointments

I signed up for Telus home Internet and for the last two days I have had installation booked and no show both days, I am being left on hold I have been given no explanation. Just passed off. I am very upset and if this is any indication of what my service will be..... This has been unprofessional and this company has left me and my family all week without Internet all week.

  • I am in the exact same situation today.  I have been waiting at home for four days for a technician to show up.  Today, I had an appointment scheduled and no one showed up.  I phoned Telus and was told it was "only supposedly" scheduled, despite showing as scheduled on my account online and despite me receiving multiple text reminders with the appointment time.  What is going on with Telus????
