9 months agoHi! This error typically occurs when trying to record sports events or series on TELUS TV. Here are some troubleshooting steps to try:
- Instead of setting up a series recording, try recording individual games/events
- Restart your PVR/Set-top box:
- Unplug the power
- Wait 30 seconds
- Plug it back in and wait for full restart
- Check that your PVR has enough storage space
- Ensure your TV subscription package includes TSN and recording capabilities
- Bart599 months agoNeighbourThe message only shows up for the Brier curling on TSN. I can select any other channel or sporting event at the same or different time and have no problem recording. It makes no sense but has done this continuously for the past week.
