Community ManagerFrom what I understand, the CNN International is broadcast in HD. Perhaps there's an issue with their feed. Are you seeing this with any other channel?
If you look at the on screen TV guide, you will notice the CNN International logo and to the right of the logo you will see the letters SD, meaning that Telus is providing the SD Feed not the HD feed.
