The new Telus+ system is definitely a downgrade to the old system. I have missed a number of end of games because I was NOT ABLE TO EXTEND the recording of a sport. The automatic addition of recording time does not properly work. There are numerous other options that don't work as well as the old PVR box system.
I have a recall appointment tomorrow to change font size. After over 2 hrs on the phone (over 1 hr with a live tech rep), the tech rep was unable to help and we are getting together again to allow the tech rep time to figure it out BEFORE our appointment.
BUT SOME GOOD NEWS, I have discovered how to easily delete a program I am watching. The directions given online are too complicated!!! When wanting to delete a program you are presently watching: 1. Press the RETURN button. You will see the recording highlighted. 2. Press OK button. 3. Scroll down with one press of DOWN button to highlight DELETE. 4. Press OK BUTTON twice to delete recording.
