Chatbot missing 3 words suggested improvement
Yesterday I asked the Telus chatbot something like this: "I have a new iPhone & the new phone is asking me for an activation code to allow me to transfer the sim from my old phone to the new one. Where can I get this code?...
"The Chatbot replied "would you like to buy a cellphone...?"
Not exactly helpful; Cleary this little sales bot is not programmed to be honest enough to say when it is clueless. My suggestion is add to the chatbots programming 3 words: "I don't know" and even better "here is a number to call to speak to somebody who does know something"
I considered changing providers if this shows the level of care & attention I get. Luckily I found a helpful human and he helped
