I’ve had the same issue for the last two years and it is extremely frustrating. I’ve called about 10 times and every time all I get it that they know it’s a problem and are working on it. Almost makes me want to cancel Telus.

- Sherrye10 months agoOrganizerHi there. Thanks for responding. I would like to change our premium channels and, in addition, it would be wonderful to understand why this isn’t possible online. The last time I encountered this, we did need a tv b o x upgrade but that is done and my understanding was that there would no longer be an issue.
