Cannot Access Home Services account

For some reason neither the MyTelus App, MyTelus online nor Telus Connect will allow me to see my home internet account. It will only show me my mobility account. It suggests linking my two accounts, but when I try to link them it says they're already linked.  This has been the situation for about 6 months.
