Cancel Optik TV
So got a call from a telus agent last night, but I couldn't understand them at all. And now, apparently, I have Optik TV, which I do not want. But you think I can get a hold of anyone to cancel it? Nope. Everything I try takes me to an AI that just says manage channels on the telus support app. FML.
Anyone have any luck trying to actually talk to someone?
