So got a call from a telus agent last night, but I couldn't understand them at all. And now, apparently, I have Optik TV, which I do not want. But you think I can get a hold of anyone to cancel it? N...

Official Support TeamWere you able to enter " Request callback with agent " in the chat?
when i did that, it kept saying that no one was available to help and then close the chat. I tried that many times throughout the day yesterday and this morning. I finally tracked down the 1888 number (I couldn't find that anywhere on the app either), and I'm now on hold waiting for an actual person.
