AI endless loop
Does Telus have a customer service phone number (for home services) that has a real live person on the other end? I'm frustrated talking to AI in an endless loop trying to get what should be a simple...
PS: My problem was not technical and required human intervention/correction. In case anyone was wondering.
Ask Ai for a scheduled call back, that has worked a few times in the last month.
