I have the same problem. I'm using Safari on a Mac and the screen reads the following, but there's no interface for adding numbers.
"No callers added yet.

Hi there, Currently, there is a known issue. You can manage the three most recent calls using the Call Control IVR system. This allows you to review and update recent contacts directly. If you need to update additional contact numbers that are not listed in the Call Control IVR system, our support team can assist. Please contact us for assistance.

Actually no, they won't. I'm talking to customer service now and he said he can't access the call control feature for "privacy reasons"... both my telus app, and any computer I login to, will not allow me to add numbers to the list. It's currently Feb 18, 2025...
