    SuperFred is not new, he's one of the moderators on our team. Our TELUS_Support handle is our official team support handle.

      Thanks, New to me then. But rewording my question, is a moderator a Telus support person. I assumed Telus Support are Telus employees?

        If the account has the 'moderator' tag, they are employees and moderators of our community.
