Unable to redeem 2 years of disney+

I recently moved to telus and I was offered 2 years of disney+ as part of the promotion. But when I try to redeem it once I login to my telus account it shows a charge of 12.99$ per month. How to fix this.

      Hi,

      It worked for me from my computer. Mobile app was somehow not working. After selecting the Disney+ standard and after putting in my mobile number it changed to 0.
