Telus has a poor automated telephone service
Telus has a poor automated telephone service, trying to call in and talk to someone is nearly impossible. Why is it so hard to actually be able to talk to a representative?????? Update: Afterfinallly...
When given options that don't relate to what you need I always just answer "Live Agent"
That gets the service to at least recognize you need to talk to a real person
