Telus Fibre Optics Box Beeping
Hello everyone,
I have a fibre optics box in our townhouse unit. It has been beeping for weeks. I only have internet service with Telus. I tried so many times to reach out to Telus, but either the AI does not know what I need or offers to have someone to call me back. However, after three attempts with no call back, I am reaching out for some help here. Can you kindly advise how reach Telus about this problem as the battery pack appears to be specialized (not AAA or AA batteries)? Or, is there anything I can do?
