Switching from old Stream + to new version

The old version showed up under "add-ons and services" in my mobility account. I typically only use the My TELUS app, but had to log into the web version to find the new version under "subscriptions". This does not appear in the app. I had to then cancel my old one as it is not done automatically. Very confusing, even to a few TELUS customer service agents I talked to while trying to figure it out.
