If you weren't an existing Disney+ subscriber, it definitely should have. Reach out to our team at 1-888-811-2323 and they can help out with that.

I just signed up for Stream+ basic and I successfully activated Amazon Prime. However, when I clicked the link to activate Disney Plus, it’s asking me to pay for it. I need help getting the Telus account to be connected to my Disney plus again there is no reason for me to keep Stream+. I will need to cancel the subscription if I cant get disney plus to work. Someone please help me

11 months agoAre you doing this from a iphone? If so, you need to try from an Android phone or a computer it should work.
