Hello joannezzz, I don't think we can stop those notifications since their role is to protect our customers regarding the possibility of having roaming fees. We'll be happy to look into it for sure and we'll send you a private message in order to access your TELUS account.

Community Power UserYou can go into your cellular settings, and switch from automatic carrier to Telus only, and these notifications will cease. However, if you travel to areas where Telus does not have a signal, whether in Canada, or elsewhere, you will have no service, and would need to switch back.
