Requesting a one-time fee waiver for a declined payment
Hello everyone, I'm looking for some assistance regarding a 'dishonoured payment' fee on my last bill. There was an unexpected issue with my bank account that caused the transaction to fail, but I have already corrected it and set up a payment arrangement/paid the balance. I’ve always paid my bills on time and would like to request a one-time waiver for this fee. Could a moderator please reach out to me via DM to look into my account? Thanks in advance!
