PUK Personal Unlocking Key required for Older phone
I have switched my TELUS SIM card to an older "unlocked" Samsung S8 and it is now asking for a PUK (Personal Unlocking Key). I have been on hold with TELUS phone support for over and hour and to know if this PUK can be obtained online or do I have to wait for hours to speak with a TELUS REP???

Was the S8 purchased from Telus and are you the original owner? If not then you won't be able to get an unlock code.
Edit: sorry, I thought you were asking about a network unlock for the phone. PUK is on the SIM not the phone.
