Poor Cellular Connection

Poor Cellular Conetec at 600 block 21 Ave NW Calgary. Only 1 bar with 5G and connection is very slow.

There are several towers very close to that location.

What is your definition of "very slow"?

Are you indoors or outdoors?

What signal strength do you get with LTE?

Is your phone the only one in the household with that issue?

Have you reported the issue to technical support?
