I ordered an iPhone 13 two weeks ago in the mobile store. It has still not shipped and no indication the order has moved past the initial stage. No update since December 4th in order status page. I’m ...

    Hi RkInsight, although shipping times can vary specially during the holidays, if you ordered the device in-store it might be best to reach out to the store to assist with the cancellation. You could also fill out the support call back form at https://bit.ly/32kIwod instead of calling them so that they can look into that for you.
