There are a lot of variables here. What is included in the prepaid plan you signed her and how she is using it that might trigger those extra charges. Customer Care would best be able to explain what those 11 charges are for. You can give them a call at 611 from her device or reach out to them by DM'ing Telus on Facebook or Twitter.
