Loyalty offers
My wife and I have been telus mobility customers for 24 years and all 3 home services for 5 years.
i was told last week to call on Black Friday for a better offer then they could do then.
well I just got off the phone with loyalty and they basically offered me the same as what is offered online?
i’m very confused and disappointed with the whole interaction.
is this how they treat loyalty?
Doesn’t seem worth it.

Same for me. I was told I would receive a call back with the Black Friday offers and never did. After 3 hours on holds and a couple of redirects and disconnects they just read the offers straight from the website. When I said those plans weren't competitive they transferred me to the loyalty line that was closed and I got disconnected yet again. Just awful.
