Login Failed Error Code: LGN-301

I keep getting the Login Failed message; Error Code: LGN-301, when using My Telus app to log in. My phone has factory installed My Telus app, so after few updates I still haven't been able to access ...

Updating both the app and the Android might fix the issue, have you had the chance to try that?

    I did. Still get the same error message. Soft reset doesn't correct the problem either. Perhaps something got disabled during the unlocking procedure. Will try factory reset.
