EPP Price Match Pending

I submitted a request to price match the pixel 9 pro EPP promo as it went to $10/mo from $13.46/mo. They said they would let me know in 1-3 business days but I haven't received an update. A number from Telus called me but it hung up right away when I picked up. Can you please assist in processing my application?
