From what I see, your plan is still good for all the features that are listed including the roaming to 68 destinations. We can also take a closer look if you are still unsure!
I used the web chat tool to reach a rep and they advised that I am entitled to a discount on the data roaming, but that it is not free. I am hoping they are confusing the new plans with what was in the Complete Explore. If you are able to look and provide certainty, that would be great.
