Thank you for the clarification. However, I still haven’t received the SIM card, and I am currently overseas, so I’m unable to access the service I’m being charged for. I also visited in person and was told I’d have to pay again for the same SIM, which doesn’t seem fair. Since I haven’t been able to use the service at all, I’d appreciate your help in resolving this or pausing the billing until I receive and activate the SIM. MyLabCorp
