Cell tower down in upper squamish

I work upper Squamish BC and cell service is slow for the past two weeks, due to the tower being “down”, I do need my phone while working also being an emergency contact as well, I have heard so many ...

Which of your services are impacted...data, calls, sms, etc. Do you have Wi-Fi available where you're working?

Why isn't anything being done this is a huge safety issue for many when completely cut off from everything any means of communication to the rest of the world.
