Buy it back
My phone is coming up for renewal and although I usually take advantage, I'm thinking of keeping it this time. As I had been credited up front, I understand I will have to pay that back. However, will my monthly fee of $26.25 now disappear as I will have fully paid for my phone?

Hi Jpauls50 if the current phone was through the Bring it Back program and you decide to keep it, you will be charged the full discount you received for the device. You will not have the $26.25 charge anymore. If for the new device, you decide to keep that device your discount will be less but will have a monthly fee based on the new term.
