Just switched from Koodo to Telus. Ported our numbers, got our new phones, signed a 2 year agreement and activated all, but our mobility account does not show up on the "My Telus" page. It's been 4 d...

The Telus booth in the mall would not make the change from Koodo to Telus and pointed us to the "Wow" kiosk. That's where we made the change and got the phones. I have an account number but there is no option to "Link an Account" in profile settings on the Telus website via my laptop.

15 days agoDid you register for a My TELUS profile yet? Doing so would be the first step and you can set up the account thereafter.
